Cap de Formentor Recommendations?

Hi everyone! My spouse and I will be staying in Cala Ratjada. We’re thinking about visiting Cap de Formentor. I think the drive takes about an hour. Do you think it’s worth the trip? Is there a nice place there where we can go swimming? Do you have any recommendations for things to see or do in the area? Thanks in advance!

Best way to visit the Amalfi Coast from Naples ?

Hello, we will have 3 days in Naples and we would like to dedicate 1 day to the Amalfi Coast. What would be the most practical option to visit Amalfi and the surrounding areas?
Would it make sense to go to Salerno and take a ferry from there? I would appreciate your recommendations.
We would also like to dedicate 1 day to Capri.

Naples in September- where to stay ?

Hi everyone,

My wife and I are planning a trip to Italy in September. We will start our holiday in Palermo and then take a ferry to Naples.

Do you think staying 3 days in Naples is too much? Our main goal is actually to see more coastal areas, enjoy sea views, and swim, but of course we also want to explore the city.

Would it be better to stay in Naples itself or somewhere nearby on the coast?
After Naples, we are planning to spend 2 days in Rome.

I’m also open to other suggestions — maybe reducing Naples by one day and visiting another place instead? I’d love to hear your recommendations, especially for scenic coastal towns and swimming spots in September.

Italy trip plan in September

Hello, my spouse and I are planning a one-week holiday in Italy in mid-September. We have previously visited Trento, Bolzano, and Venice.

Day 1: Palermo
Day 2: Palermo – Naples by night train or overnight ferry
Day 3: Naples
Day 4: Naples – Amalfi Coast
Day 5: Rome
Day 6: Rome
Day 7: Milan (day trip) and return home

We also have the option to start directly from Naples. I am a bit excited about experiencing a night train and an overnight ferry journey, so I would like to start from Palermo.

Our main focus is a mix of seaside destinations and city sightseeing. Do you have any recommendations?

I feel like all car rental companies are scammers

I feel like all car rental companies are scammers. My spouse and I are visiting the island next month and would like to rent a car for four days, but almost every company I’ve looked at has reviews from people saying they were scammed, including major companies like Sixt.

Vorzeitige Kündigung des Mietvertrags

Hallo zusammen,

Trying to improv

Hi, I tried improvising over a 2-5-1 progression. What do you think? Unfortunately, I still can’t reach the higher notes yet.
