I have been reading many posts on this subreddit and feeling that I can relate to many posts but then
I had some medical tests done and found out that my body was lacking several vitamins and nutrients, so I started taking supplements. Within a week, I noticed a significant difference in my energy levels. It wasn’t that I suddenly felt super powerful, but my energy lasted much longer throughout the day. I was able to concentrate, stay creative, and work for extended periods without feeling frustrated or mentally drained.
