I’m very much a novice, and I can only assume my familiar managed to get into my transmutation potions without my knowledge. The transformation only seems to have taken part-way. How can I reserve this or is he stuck like this?

Hoping for some advice and guidance. I’ve moved into a new build property and we are still waiting for OpenReach to install fibre to the premises. We have had a new telegraph pole installed on the street and it’s connected to the existing pole across the street but the address itself is not showing as available on the OpenReach website. This was approximately two weeks ago.
My letting agents are ‘chasing OpenReach as a matter of urgency’, but I am growing incredibly frustrated at the lack of updates. What are my next steps here? It’s getting tiresome relying on tethering, especially as I work from home.
