I bought it a couple of years ago and sparingly used it while traveling. Very few hours of flight time.
Today I launched it in Ankara turkey from a hilltop and the drone which I raised to a little height above me started drifting away and I tried to bring it back. But it flew away and was lost with videos.
I gave up the search.
I am not a risk taker. And flied responsibly. This was a weird experience.

Not sure if anyone faced this issue and what I should do

As mentioned in the heading there were two failures in the past two months, which means it is approximately 33.33% failure, which is huge. I am traveling outside the country for about 12 days and I’m going to carry two replacement sensors. With this failure rate nothing is certain. Both the sensors failed immediately in about a few minutes before warm-up.

I am contemplating to switch back to G6, as it was most reliable in my experience so far. The only concern being production stop of G6.

Outbound Journey:

I am landing enroute to my final destination in Doha at 5pm and leaving next day morning at 8am

FIRST TIME VISITOR to Doha, Qatar. Please suggest MUST see Places with public transport details if possible.

Similarly, I have an Inbound Journey having the same time in Doha.

So, in total, I have TWO nights in Qatar. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I recently switched over to Dexcom G7-10day from G6 and I have noticed that there are

• multiple failures and
• bluetooth disconnections with the app and omnipod app

With these above experiences, considering to switch back to Dexcom G6.

Does anyone know if they will continue to manufacture Dexcom G6?
