No kids but In university right now studying english lit and struggling to make friends or just find people to talk/chat with. I’m a great listener and very patient with everything but things do feel overwhelming helpless or a mix of both for me these days.

I have my first meeting with the lawyer over zoom.
He didn’t specify time date or name yet.
What can I expect to be asked during the meeting.

Late course withdrawal

Someone please explain the process I have to drop my summer course because of a legal and personal matter ( divorce filing/very bad mental health) and wanted to know what I had to do in order

So far this is what I has done in the last 24 hours

I have already stopped attending class
sent my prof and email that has all the details of attendance and what work I’ve handed in.
I have legal proof that I missed the deadline on July 31st
a personal statement ready as well.

ADHD and taking notes

I am a uni student and struggling this semester I took a 3 hour evening class which isn’t an issue more of the time but I’m struggling with my notes for a science fiction class

The prof is very passionate, talks a lot and there is no break
I find my self zoning out after 2 hours
I chew gum to stay awake and take a wellness shot when needed but what else can I do to make this work.

How do you take notes in class or at work when you have the habit of zoning out or lose interest.

Always waking up with sweat

33f

Every single time and I usually sleep with the ceiling fan on at the lowest setting.
The only time I don’t sweat is if I have the AC on.
It doesn’t matter when or what time of the day or night I fall and wake up.
A thin layer sweat on my forehead, neck, the chest area, between the breasts, and occasionally my back. I don’t wake up drenched or need to change the covers.
If it’s not that then I feel clammy.

Is this considered as night sweats?

I snore when I go to sleep
I have a high BP on most days
I am diabetic

Couldn’t everything be linked to this?

Why didn’t you want/have children?

33f
Studying and going through divorce
One of the biggest reasons my marriage didn’t work out was bc I wasn’t able to have a child ( multiple losses) and the person in question was the wrong partner for me (bossy controlling verbally abusive cheap, No actual attraction, attention, affection and respect from this end)

Now that I’m on my own I sometimes wonder if I did the right thing by not having kids with him and there is a part of me that wants a child also because everything is over and I’m away from the disrespect and negligence. Brain says yes but the heart says something else. I never wanted my own children because I feared they would inherit my personal attributes like ( terrible in math and science, overly friendly, sentimental, too gentle in spirit, overly talkative, etc) and later grow up to get neglected or exploited by others and preferred adoption or fostered but now I’m fully confused.

Is this just regret on my part or an actual longing for the future.. already going through so much but cannot figure this bit out.

What causes psoriasis/Seborrheic dermatitis/ how to manage it ?

I have it on my scalp and hairline been over a year and not sure how to control it better
can’t afford a doctor or high end meds right now

I have black/brown curly wavy hair
I wear a hijab so my hair isn’t at its best to begin with and am diabetic as well ( could there be a connection to this? not sure)
I have depression and keep my hair short ( stops at the nape of my neck) because hair washing sometimes proves to be difficult esp on the days i struggle to get out of bed and shaves time off/saves product in general

I use Nirozel shampoo and conditioner
I use selsun blue on the days I don’t use the medicated shampoo
Use a shea butter hair mask 1-2x a week
Don’t oil my hair anymore but used coconut-oil onion oil mix in the past
I change my pillow cases weekly

This has been my routine for many months now (6mos) should I be doing something different or use different
What foods/ingredients should I be including for better scalp health/ hair growth
What should I not be doing right now
