What causes psoriasis/Seborrheic dermatitis/ how to manage it ?

I have it on my scalp and hairline been over a year and not sure how to control it better
can’t afford a doctor or high end meds right now

I have black/brown curly wavy hair
I wear a hijab so my hair isn’t at its best to begin with and am diabetic as well ( could there be a connection to this? not sure)
I have depression and keep my hair short ( stops at the nape of my neck) because hair washing sometimes proves to be difficult esp on the days i struggle to get out of bed and shaves time off/saves product in general

I use Nirozel shampoo and conditioner
I use selsun blue on the days I don’t use the medicated shampoo
Use a shea butter hair mask 1-2x a week
Don’t oil my hair anymore but used coconut-oil onion oil mix in the past
I change my pillow cases weekly

This has been my routine for many months now (6mos) should I be doing something different or use different
What foods/ingredients should I be including for better scalp health/ hair growth
What should I not be doing right now

Getting rejected left and right

Looking for an entry level jobs — To pay the bills and help with uni courses I know the economy isn’t what it used to be even 5 years ago but this is killing me on the inside — I feel entirely useless

(picker, packaging, dishwasher, call center agent) something that is repetitive and nothing overly stressful or deals with large groups of peoples other suggestions are welcome

I haven’t worked since 2023 by have to get something soon since I’ll be divorced soon and need somthing that will help me both financially and mentally. Been looking since September 2025

Getting rejected more than anything and I’m struggling with the aftermath of this on top of legal stuff moving houses, school, drivers Ed etc

How did you all cope with the long term rejection when applying for work

Night sweats

A common symptom if you have type 2 diabetes or going through your menstrual cycle?

What other symptoms should I watch out for?

Joint pains/knee pains

33f

Ive had these pains for almost a decade been overweight all my life have pcos symptoms type 2 diabetic a long list of allergies and hormonal imbalances so basically a mess.

The aches and pains happen on days
when it rains a lot
It’s very cold or windy
Gets worse at night

I use knee pads or a heating pad to control the pain but not sure what else I can do because the pain lingers and lasts for hours.

What can I eat drink or do to control these pains
Is it just a question of losing weight and getting blood work done or something more deeper than this.

What are the symptoms of a uti/kidney stones

33f
Two days from starting my cycle but having other symptoms like very Sudden sharp pain lower stomach, pelvic area and lower back much like cramps but more severe
Peeing when burning — feels like lightning
Nausea all day long
No chills or fever or feeling clammy

All of this started in the last hour but I’ve been having cramps the last two days and thought it was normal otherwise I felt normal all day long

So the pain started around 7:30pm and it’s nearly 8pm now.

What can I do to reduce the pain at least for now before seeing a doctor

Someone please tell me what to expect in the higher level courses for English lit.

I have been taking two courses at a time during my last couple of semester but now feel ready to take three from the fall semester and onwards

How many courses should I take if I’m working a
Part time job;( 2-3 days per week) want to maintain a A+\- final grade + dealing with divorce drama

Don’t mean to sound delusional just want to brace myself for the worst case scenarios
