Took it into Costco and I need to get my full set replaced now but I’m wondering if I have a case of this being a defective tire because I’m not sure what causes this

Realistically is this something we could do? It could say “Free Reckless Ben“ or something along the lines of that. It’s just an idea I’m throwing out there if anyone has the initiative to organize something like that. I personally don’t have my ducks in a row enough to be comfortable organizing and managing funds for something like this, but I would certainly donate to the cause.
