I pre-ordered the Jibun Techo directly from Kokuyo website (it was a mistake. Lesson learned). They shipped out a few days ago, and I got an email from FedEx about needing to upload customs clearance files.
I know when ordering from Kokuyo website everything is already included.
I’m located in Germany.
Anyone from EU has ordered and got the same FedEx email?
I emailed Kokuyo. Waiting for their response.
I got my second order from Furinink. They are very kind! Added some extra ink samples and a mini LIFE notebook to my order.
They’re based in The Netherlands, so it’s nice for EU customers.
I don’t know if they ship worldwide, but I’d recommend checking.
I looked around and couldn’t find a lot of info, so I ended up getting a new Hobonichi cousin cover for my first kit. It’s pretty roomy, so I’ll probably add another notebook inside.
But I’m pretty happy with it. I was looking for a cover that would fit for a while, and couldn’t find something I was sure would fit. I figured the Hobonichi cover would be bigger, so I decided to go with that.
Hello,
I’m interested in getting offers for a few of the Tokyo Station Hobonichi Store Suica Penguin items. The shipping will be to Germany.
I’m interested in the A5 Cousin Cover (¥5,390) and the Hobonichi Techo Mini Keychain
(Suica’s Penguin - ¥1,320)

I'd be glad to get offers (:
Thank you!
I’ve been looking for this pen for a few months, but didn’t manage to find it anywhere. It was sold out.
Somehow, randomly, I found a German website that did have it in stock, and even in the nib I wanted it.
I got pen number 162 out of 250.
Granted, it was more expensive than what I initially thought I’d be spending on it… but I’m in a place in my life where I didn’t want to think too much.
As always, zero patience and inked immediately with Robert Oster Sushi (I’m not an ink matching person).
Gestern, in der Berliner Hitze, saß dieser Vogel auf dem kleinen solar panel, breitete die Flügel aus und lief darauf herum.
Weiß jemand warum er das getan hat?
I’m on a recovery journey from a severe illness.
Last year I was supposed to go to 7 weeks trip to Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan, but fell ill.
I was planning on getting a limited edition TN while in Tokyo, but of course - couldn’t.
A few days ago I saw online someone selling a new one from the Narita shop.
I decided to go for it, and got it yesterday :)
Until I make full recovery, I will document my journey in that notebook, to remind myself of how much I loved traveling, and that it waits for me.
The fountain pen is a limited edition Sailor. I love sailor fountain pens, especially PGS (small hands).
Now I just need to figure out which inserts would be useful for me. Hopefully find something to hold my pen.
Das letzte Foto ist von hinten aufgenommen, daher ist es nicht ganz so deutlich, aber man sieht ein Nest, und der Vogel hat die Jungvögel gefüttert :)

Hello
I’ve been looking for awhile to get the Hachiko limited edition fountain pen by Sailor.
I’m into all nibs but extra fine.
Preferably within the EU (due to customs).
Let me know if you’re selling one :) thank you!
Just going over some photos I took 4 years ago in the Philippines.
I’ve seen the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets there.
Shot with Canon 70D EF 15-85mm.
Those are my fountain pens. I got into fountain pens in October 2024.
That was my second trip to Japan. I was avoiding going down that rabbit hole until that point, and here we are now.
From left to right:
• Esterbrook x Bungubox cherry blossom. <M> nib.
• TWSBI Eco fluorite purple and bronze. <F> nib.
• Sailor 1911 Profit Casual black and gold. <EF> nib.
• 3 Kaküno pens - all are <F> nibs.
I already ordered two more pens… very much waiting for those to arrive.
Hello everyone,
I have this wonderful dieffenbachia, and thought I’d propagate it, as its stem is really long. Anyone has experience and recommendations for that? (And yes, I’ll use gloves..)
Also, the lower leaves are droopy.. eventually they turn yellow and die or they just hang like in the photo.
The window is facing West-Southwest, and gets direct sun light in the afternoons-evenings (living in Germany). Anything I can do to help leaves not droop down?
Thank you!
Einige Vögel die ich vor meinem Balkon fotografiert habe.
Ich habe ein Beutetier unkenntlich gemacht.
Haven’t gotten around to even checking all the photos I took back in 2024. Just scrolled and saw this one. Loved it, so decided to try and post and see what other people think.
Shot with Canon R5, Canon RF 70-200mm f4.
I feel like the Gen 4 and 5 are a bit different in color.
I took size 7 - same as my gen 4. Can still wear comfortably on 3 fingers - pointer of both hands and middle of left hand.
It’s indeed much lighter than gen 4. Pretty glad about that
I got the RF 100-500mm last year, but didn’t get a chance to really put it to use (health issues).
I took these photos yesterday outside my balcony.
I’m overall pretty happy with those, but they’re not the sharpest.
I had a hard time handling the RF 100-500mm (weight wise) on the R5, so I had to push the ISO much higher (and remove some noise afterwards).
I also had to change to a manual focal point, as the auto eye tracker couldn’t focus on the hawk with all the branches and leaves on the way.
If anyone has suggestions for better focus and clarity, I’d be glad to hear!
I’ll setup a tripod to be ready for use next to the balcony.

I just miss her every single day. She was my best friend, my daughter, my sunshine.
