Over 1.25M active users in under 5 weeks, but now I need help sustaining the growth

As the title says, I founded an online roster building game that now has about 1.25M active users since I launched it on June 4.

And now that I have ad revenue coming in, I want to tap into more paid growth outlets.

I already have:
-Google ads $100/day
-PR firm $4.5k/mo

But I am really struggling to tap into UGC, TikTok, meta ads, apple App Store ads, etc

I’ve tried Favikon but basically none of the creators got back to me.

Do I need to hire a dedicated growth person, or how can I tap into these other paid growth outlets? I don’t understand how to engage these routes, it doesn’t seem clear to me how I get ads or content on those platforms, when creators just ignore me.

I don’t really have the time to create the content myself or focus on being a content creator, I just want to use the revenue I have to pay for this stuff, simply to save time.

I’m also happy to answer any questions that people may have for me, in hopes that you can return the favor with some advice about engaging more paid growth outlets!

TLDR; I need a way to covert money into growth. I have the money, how do I convert dollars to users via UGC or other routes? Content creators ignore my outreach.

How much is my online game with ad revenue worth?

Need help evaluating what my business is worth

Founded 5 weeks ago and immediately blew up.

Free to play online roster building game.

Metrics:
1.25M MAU
323k WAU
72k DAU
150k accounts created, adding 5-7k a day
91% USA sports fans audience
~15 min avg session time

The ad revenue has been nice, but the real value comes from sports books conversion deals (in talks with 4 major sports books).

Have offers coming from some of the big sports books for all 3 of:
-Acquisition
-Strategic partnership/minority share sale
-Commercial partnership (CPM/CPA)

I expect the ad revenue to go 2-4x as the CPM increases to market rate (need time for demand partners to unlock)

Have no idea what this thing is worth. I appreciate any insight!

Solid experience with Playwire so far on a brand new game site

Been lurking here a while, figured I'd share since this sub helped me pick a partner.

I run 20-0, a free to play sports game (web plus an iOS app). Wild part is the site is only about 3 weeks old, and Playwire has been running the ads for roughly 2.5 of those weeks. So they took me on almost right away, which I honestly didn't expect.

Setup was painless. RAMP runs the demand stack, and I just tag where ads go. I kept control over placements (curated in content slots and a bottom banner, no vignettes or pop ups, didn't want to wreck the UX). The iOS SDK side took a little more back and forth, but their team got me through it.

Biggest thing for me has been having an actual account manager who replies and actually optimizes. Just yesterday they helped me get rewarded video set up for a new game mode.

One thing I'll give them credit for: terms were originally net 60, but I told them I'm an early startup and could really use the cash sooner to put toward growth, they actually worked with me to speed up the payments and get money in my hands faster. Wasn't expecting that kind of flexibility from an ad network.

The ads have been crushing it so far, I'm delivering about 8.5M ad impressions per day with a fill rate of ~80%. From what they've told me, the CPM is still in a ramp-up period as demand channels unlock, but even at a rate of $0.55 or so in the meantime, the revenue has been very impressive.

Happy to answer anything if you're evaluating them.

In the first 2.5 weeks, the average PV RPM is about $4.50, also curious how others' RPMs look on gaming traffic.

(Not paid by Playwire, just sharing my experience!)
