Jump rope lunge and playing around

I usually jump daily and have been playing around with my footwork more. But I think I have perfected the jumping lunge while using the rope. My footwork needs some help. Any tiles how to clean up the footwork and make it look better?

Best home knife sharper

I’m looking for help on what everyone is using to sharpen their knives at home? I’ve got stones but I don’t think I’m keeping the right contact angle. Just want to be able to sharpen my knife’s at home and not drop them off then forget about them and have nothing for a couple of days.

Tips for AB wheel rollout

Trying to get back into adding these in. Help with falling at the end of the rollout. Used to be able to get sets of 10 when I was younger without falling at the end.

Single finger pull-ups

Single finger (middle fingers) used for pull-ups. Grip strength has increased a lot last year. I’m able to fully close the COC 2.0 now. Goal this year is to fully close the 2.5 and ultimately get the 3.0 certification. I try to get 15 reps in 3 days a week. Usually start with 2 fingers then 1 finger until reps are met, going back to 2 fingers. I’m also lifting 365 double overhand deadlifts for 8 and 405 for 1. With hook grip I can easily pull 495 for 1 rep. I think going forward I need to work on forearm strengthening to see more gains.
