You should have to get a license to have a dog.

Not only should you have to be licensed to have a dog, but the license would tell you what TYPE of dog you can have.

Live in an apartment? No huskies, Shepherds, etc..

Have small kids running around? No herding dogs.

First time dog owner? No working / protective dogs

Frequently travel for work and spend days away from home? No dog at all.

This list goes on. There are so many people who have dogs which have no business owning the breed they do, let alone some people shouldn't have a dog at all.

Somebody forgot to check the tanks before spraying the field.

This is a high school football field in my home town in Illinois. They were having their first night game after installing permanent lights and wanted to hit the field with some fert.

Apparently the guy doesn't know what roundup smells like.

Edit: some people are uptight about the timeline. Yes this happened in 2015. I recently found this sub and was reminded of this incident. So I figured the sub would get a kick out of it. Nothing more, nothing less..

If the majority of fuel in a rocket is spent getting the rest of the fuel to space, how do rockets today carry enough to use for landing?

I'm a complete amateur. Will this last a few years?

All advice and constructive critique is welcome.

I made a mud kitchen with my son and did all the plumbing myself. The plan is to add some bracing so if they tug in the sprayer it doesn't rip the whole thing apart. My hope for this is to be able to take a beating from a 4 year old and 1.5 year old as they grow up over the next few years.

I would also like to add some bells and whistles to this thing, like maybe a water balloon nozzle or a sprinkler head. Hopefully it becomes part of a larger play set/area for the kids to really have fun and make a mess.

All advice is welcome.
