Talking to my doctor about starting testosterone what should I expect?

Hi! I am 18 ftm and live in Nebraska so I cannot get hormone replacement therapy until I am 19 but I will be turning 19 here in November.

I have an appointment tomorrow for a med check up and am going to ask what steps the clinic takes to provide testosterone and ask if i cam start so I will be able to get on testosterone by the time I am 19. What should I expect as steps and what are big no-nos for evaluations?

For the people on hormones, how did you get it started? What was the process like so I know what to expect?

Looking into talking about my OSDD symptoms again to my therapist and getting another psych eval and have some questions

Basically the title

I have been experiencing nearly every mark on the list of OSDD symptoms for as long as I remember and it's making me paranoid all over again.

Here are my questions:

-If I do get this looked into and I am correct, how do I live as one?

-How do I document if I have so many "alters" but only a few of them are regular?

-How am I able to feel like an individual and deal with conflict in my mind?

-How do i get my voice to stay the same?

-How do i get them on the same page?

-Overall how to I cope/make it better if this is true? Even if its not diagnosed I am struggling horribly with it and have been putting it in the back of my mind to ignore for years. I kept finding excuses of what it could be.

-is it okay to be outwardly one? How do i make myself not feel like I am a ton of people in a trenchcoat?

This will be helpful with holding me off and documenting until I feel brave enough to ask advice from my therapist and make sure my insurance can still do my psych eval (I have 2 but am now an adult and wish to be studied now that i am more "stable")

Please help. It's eating at me inside and out.

I don't feel like the same person ever, I feel like many. What is this?

I am 18m, I have had this issue all of my life.

I'm going to start this by saying It is definitely not DID. Though I do have horrid memory loss, I do not "unconsciously" do this.

For my entire life I have been struggling with not having a personality, but rather many that I would switch through every few hours. I never did it on purpose, though I used to be able to coax myself to.

I have never felt like one person or like i know who I am because of it.

The best way to explain it is scrolling through a photo album of people or switching TV channels.

I see an image of people who aren't me physically in my head and thats who I am until it happens again. I am still me and conscious but am not really one person and "me" as i don't really have a me.

Everytime I talk to others about it they assume DID or think I am being crazy.

What is this, any ideas? Please help

Struggling with achieving the freedom to drive

I am 18 and was diagnosed autistic at 16, I am 4 years underdeveloped mentally so as you can tell by that description I have not yet achieved my driver's license. Make no mistake I do have my learners permit but driving is very difficult for me so I have gone through three.

Its overwhelming and I love to do it just only with the right people teaching me like ny boyfriends dad or my boyfriend- because my dad just calls me slurs and yells at me.

But here's the thing:

I know how to drive I just get so anxious I cant handle it and tomorrow I will be attempting my test again tomorrow, but an issue is my DMV person that you drive with is rather ableist. He made fun on me for the amount of times I have came in to renew my permit (mind you it was three times), for the way I look, the way my old car looked and just blatantly for who I am. He is really the main thing I am anxious about other than pulling out of the parking space.

If I get my licence I can start on paying for my new car.

The things I feel safe with are long clothes but tomorrow it will be around 90 degrees so im weary on that, and I will be taking my meds bright and early in preparation.

Is there anything that might help beside my warm clothes?

[TOMT] Movie character in 2010s kids (?) animated movie that sats "I'm starving" in a weird voice

[TOMT] Movie character in 2010s kids (?) animated movie that says "I'm starving" in a weird voice

Today at work I had a very vege image of a seal / sea lion / very ugly dog but vividly remember the voice he says "i'm starvingg" (or something about food) and "reallyyy" In a broken, raspy, pitchy voice.

He sounds like the monster from monsters ink that says "sorry!" At the beginning of the movie just higher and more breathless.

I cant entirely make out what the character is or if i am even correct that it is those species or a kids movie but it feels correct. The character was wall eyed and had something weird with his mouth (maybe talked with his tounge out that made it like this?) I think he was a one off comic relief of some sort.

I think this could be difficult to find but I NEED to know.

[TOMT] PSA video about car crashes with acted over transcript of the victims twins voice

I had a woman come to my school and tell us about her twin sister (Marin? Marian?) Who died in a car crash that split the car in two because her boyfriend at the time was driving 90-100 or so in a 30 and hit someone head on because he didn't see the other car from the hill he was speeding on. Her sister died immediately but the boyfriend who was driving was alive and only sustained an injury to his arm.

She told us that she was close to the crash when it happened and got there and all she could see was her sister's limp hand out of the vehicle, he said she was crying her name and begging for her back and it was either recorded on police footage or she had told them exactly what she said for the PSA. She said she had held the hand and had to go sit on the corner of the block but the paramedics were so scared because she looked exactly like her sister and they though they were seeing things.

I specifically remember her mentioning the name Marin (pronounced mar-in) or something of the sort. She showed us the video but before she did she played only the audio and had us listen to it. It was terrifyingly realistic; I remember sirens, broken glass, sobbing, begging, whispering, and street noise. I belive in the video they didnt show the crash but they did show the hand of the sister (not a real image just an actors) and i think the sisters hand was grabbing for it while she sobbed and begged.

This commercial I belive was from Canada? Around 2000s and I genuinely think about it very often.

I remember Marin having a tribute after the ad played with nothing but silence.

It is somewhere on the internet, the twin has the video somewhere on YouTube and maybe a few of her first speeches because they both were set to graduate in a few days before the crash so she had to talk about her twin at graduation and had a mental breakdown.

I hope someone finds it... I want to learn more about who she was before everything happened.
