What's one thing you want people to know about this condition?

What's one thing you want people to know about this condition and living with it?

For me I think its that I can't stand up for long like in long lineups or waiting for the bus.

Rollerskating

Do any of you rollerskate with POTS? I was just starting to get into it and was finishing up my learn to skate program here locally when I was diagnosed but I've been nervous to try skating again since

Help

I'm working on this little waterfall piece for my dad's bday but the water feels off. I tried to fix it a couple times but ended up ripping it out and going back to this. I really like the rest of the piece but the water feels weird. Plz help

Swimming

I finally went swimming today for the first time since getting POTS 2 years ago 🥹🥹 it's been such a long road and being able to get back in the water made me feel so normal for a little while. I used to swim multiple times a week during covid before I got sick, this was such a win today 💖 Getting out of the pool made me not feel so great though, as I was walking up the ramp I could feel my blood draining back down to my legs which was such a gross feeling lol

Best place to live?

What's the ideal spot to live for someone with POTS? Taking into account weather, healthcare, cost of living, etc.

I currently live on an island that has 85%+ humidity every day which is taking me out, horrible public transit, and the wait times for healthcare are abysmal. I want to leave so bad but I'm not sure where would be a better option. I've always thought about living in Europe though (currently in Canada).

Does anyone at the farmers market sell vegetable plants like tomatoes? My seeds aren't taking so I'd like to try the plants but getting to somewhere like Gaze is a bit hard for me. TIA

Hi all,

I live in Canada and was diagnosed with POTS last year but I think I may also have MCAS or that its actually MCAS and not POTS. I've had the 24 hour urine test and 2 separate blood tests done for tryptase but everything has come back "undefined". How do I find out if I have it?
