Pleasantly Surprised

I always loathe needing to re-up my syncller subscription. I paid the markup for 12 months 10 devices on the reseller list from the website and still only paid about $45 for the year. But the real nice surprise was ,with the new version, once you enter the key....all of my devices updated! No more entering that long ass key 10 different times!!

avatar changed?

Hey Everyone

So I created an avatar of myself and the likeness and voice were pretty good
I was putting scenes together but all of a sudden my avatar appearance changed and so did my voice.

I tried deleting that sample entirely and created a new clip but now all new clips are using this variant copy of me

Any idea how i get it to go back to the original??

AI Pro Plan (5TB) vs AI Pro Plan (10TB)

I wanted to play with the new omni video generation and I'm on the $20/month AI Pro plan and I was bummed to see they limit you to 3 videos per day. I thought I'd peak at the next best plan and saw the $50/month plan gave you 100 videos per month. Which it's nice to not have a small daily limit, but to me is a bit odd that you still have the same overall monthly limit for more than twice the cost. 3 per day equals about 90 per month vs 100 per month. I'm just saying it seems like for a 2.5 higher cost they could also give you a greater monthly limit.

Am I looking at these plans correctly? Is there an additional option I'm not aware of?

Jabra Engage 65

So I've lined my offices with Jabra 65's. Almost 10 in total.

They were working perfectly fine for years, but lately, half of all outgoing calls results in our microphone not working? We can hear them just fine but they cannot hear us? This is happening to everyone on all headsets so it isn't isolated to just one or two workstations.

Our computers are up to date.

Our Jabra Direct apps are up to date.

Our phone system is Ringcentral and we use the softphone feature.

Has anybody else had a problem similar to this or does anyone have any workaround fixes?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Unhinged - a great example of what is possible

Played unhinged last night with my daughter. It probably took 25 mins to play through and we only died once. The graphics were pretty crisp and the gameplay was nice and the combined interaction of the phone and the tv was the most exciting part.

You can read the old text threads and make/receive phone calls on your phone while the game develops on the screen.

As a part of the netflix subscription this was a nice added experience! I hope they make multiple short sequels just like this!

Reduce ping?

The last couple of times I tried to play i had severe stuttering and high packet loss. The test in the app was showing a ping in the 60s.

I bought a ethernet cable and before running it I plugged it in to see if there was any real difference.

Today the wifi was testing with a 35 ping (of course)

The ethernet tested a ping of 37...no improvement?

It seems to be testing at a level that is just good enough?

Any easy instructions to lower that ping any further?

Thanks for any help!
