I have a 400 dollars base m2 air and is it possible to play arma on it

I found a 14 inch m3 max 14 inch base for only 1300 dollars works perfectly and it was cleans and all I’m using unreal engine and blender and editing is it good value?

I always liked playing sims city and when I heard about sims I thought it could let me live a person life in my city but sadly it wasn’t that so is there a mod that let me play as a normal person like free roaming in gta but for sims

So today I wanted the move out of blender and use unreal engine 5 but after it get all the data download it get me back to 86 precent and it’s says downloading but I doesn’t download

Yesterday I played donutsmp and I wanted to my base and instead of tping me to my base it sent me a massage that said that it seams that the place is updating pls try tping later and when I tried the next hour it still didn’t tp me all please help me with my problem

I found on eBay a seller that sells a m3 pro mackbook base for only 650 but the screen is broken it still works but only as a desktop would I buy it
