Stuff to do / scenic areas

Visiting Clemson (starting there in the fall) to familiarize myself with the area and would love any suggestions for things to do! Looking for : scenic outdoors stuff (nothing crazy at all since I’m only going to be there a full day), restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques etc. ! Thanks !!

How to support friend with social anxiety ?

So for starters I have social anxiety too but she has it way worse than I do. She always says she wants more friends and to meet more people but whenever I bring her around my friends she is as quiet as a mouse. It makes me feel almost physically ill (dramatic but I am very prone to second hand anxiety) bc I know how she feels. It’s uncomfortable for my other friends even though they are very nice to her, she just comes across as very very cold and rude.

The issue is: she asks to be included but when I do include her she comes across as very rude and I wish I could tell her that. I obviously can’t bc that would backfire but idk what to do, it really stresses me out and I don’t have fun when we are around other people bc I’m worried about her the whole time.

I’ve noticed a lot of texture changes lately, especially on my two front teeth which have become very sensitive. My teeth don’t feel smooth to my tongue anymore and look a bit translucent at the edges.
I’m looking for perspective on what the specific raised texture is in the picture (circled in green) and how worried I should be about my enamel.

I have:
-chronic dry mouth
-have dealt with acid reflux (which I’m still working to manage)
-I grind and clench my teeth in my sleep (can’t do a night guard bc I rip them out every time)

What I’m currently doing:
-constantly using Biotene mints
-mouth rinses (biotene and sometimes use baking soda to neutralize acidity after eating but always use water to rinse)
-Sensodyne toothpaste
- ACT mouthwash

How serious does this look and what else can I do to protect my enamel from further wear?

So I have a lot of plain shirts lying around and want to add designs to (like cute drawings or words or a mix) ! Anyways I wish I could afford a screen printer but I can’t. I have fabric paint but I’m worried that will look lame and way too home made. If anyone has suggestions or any inspiration pics / videos I would be so grateful!!!

Thank you! ❣️🐳🤸
