I honestly can't believe it.

I have been dealing with ocular rosacea for two years now. I had done IPL which helped my eyes a lot and got rid of the blurry vision I was having but my eyelids were still inflamed and it was daily and would never go away. I quit alcohol three months ago and that helped some but not a lot.

Yesterday was my first day cutting out dairy and Coke Zero and I also took a mast cell stabilizer supplement named Quercetin for the first time

In the morning I woke up and as I was doing my typical stuff I noticed for a second that my eyes felt okay then went about my business. Now I'm sitting here in my living room and I legit cannot believe I have zero blurry vision and my eyes feel so much better

I swear to god my eyes feel better than they have in 2 years

I have scrotal tightness issues which I believe to be pelvic floor related but it’s only present during the morning time up until early afternoon and then things calm down and my scrotum relaxes. Just wondering if this pattern matches anyone else’s particular symptoms

Just from my experiences, in Colombia they don’t lay out by the pool but they use them a lot for exercise.

Venezuelans seem to not like to lay out either during the day and I haven’t seen anyone really swim for sport but they like to gather around in the afternoon when the sun isn’t so hard and socialize. Idk how accurate

I was diagnosed with ocular rosacea. IPL helped my dry eyes a lot but it never fixed the swelling and inflammation of my eyelids. Doxy seemed to help somewhat but it gave me headaches and the swelling was still there. This has been going on for 1.5 years. After almost a week on azithromycin eye drops the inflammation is gone
