as checking google maps most of flats are along szr,
and lots of villas in the south or towards al ain. Who else are going to stay on those villas thats very far and expensive? Lets say average of the people are earning 5000 per month, then the flats theyre selling are 800k - 3M aed. How they will pay thatt??
