Got a notification from Experian that FICO score dropped after opening REGULAR chime account (NOT a credit builder account).

Why would this happen? I do not have the credit builder. I just opened a regular account when someone with chime sent me the link so we could get the cash bonus, then I set up direct deposit and had one check deposited into the account.

Has anyone used it for depression?

Basically what the title says. Have any of you had success using kratom to help with depression? If so, for how long and how much has it helped? Also wondering if anyone employed any therapy skills while on it. I was thinking about trying to do some skills while I’m on it to see if that is more effective. Please tell me any of your experiences with this, I’m really struggling lately.

Can we talk about shame?

How do you deal with feeling shame for either going back or wanting to go back to your ex, and worrying that the people in your life such as friends and family would judge you for going back?

I don’t know how to feel

My bf broke up with me yesterday. Long story short, the relationship was toxic and he was hurting me a lot emotionally. He’d started therapy and meds and his behavior began to improve somewhat, but he was still hurting me. I think part of the problem was that he was doing the work mainly to keep me from leaving, and not for himself. We were long distance because I moved for a job about a year and a half ago. He said he broke up with me because he needs to stop hurting me and stop being selfish. He told me he loves me and everything. It was over text, since we were long distance.

We knew each other for 16 years, dated for almost 3. The end of this month would’ve been our 3 year anniversary. We do love each other, but I’m afraid that isn’t enough.

I ended up saying I wanted to go no contact for 30 days and blocked him on everything. I don’t know how to feel or what to do now. I feel mostly numb, even though I cried some yesterday. I’m afraid to think about certain things like the things I will miss about our relationship. I guess I just wanna hear advice or ..ways other people got through it.

Does anyone else feel like they don’t get as much excitement or joy out of things as NTs do?

Basically what the title says. A lot of the time, it just seems like everyone else gets so much more excited about things than I do, and I don’t understand this. This even goes for my special interests a lot of the time. I don’t know if it’s burnout or trauma or stress or what, but it has me wishing I could enjoy things the way other people seem to. It’s like being happy is easier for NTs than it is for us, and it sucks.
