Want to create a new political party leaning towards libertarianism and anarchism to contest the next elections

So really got fed up after watching all this dumb shits happening and no political party wants to develop india. Their goal is just to blame others and control the people that's all.

So coming straight to the point:

Party goals:

Individual liberty and autonomy

Free markets

Minimal govt interventions

Decentralised power rather than centralisation

Office course I'm not anti capitalist or anti govt

What I advocate for is a minimal govt that will intervene less, or to be more clear minarchism

Pls ask me questions and share your thoughts

Fundamental rights weren't restricted before 1951 but then it was abdridged in the name of usual bs thrown by a govt

So I know many people here will go against me here and claim that india is different and have different problems

Its not like usa and bla bla bla

But the main problem is that individual liberties had been the foundation of modern democracies after the French revolution and many of our rights and other parts of the constitution are inspired by the American ones

The state have continuously brainwashed generation after generation putting the thoughts in their head that unlike usa our country is not ready for the absolute rights because of the diversity and differences

But the logical fallacy here is that to protect this diversity and differences indivual liberties is a must which many people fail to understand

So it all started with Romesh Thappar v. State of Madras (1950) which was a landmark Supreme Court of India case that protected freedom of speech and the press. The Court ruled that the ban on the journal CrossRoads was unconstitutional, establishing that freedoms cannot be restricted on broad grounds like "public safety" unless they directly endanger state security.

As usual thapar was a critic of the govt and In 1950, the Madras government banned the entry and circulation of CrossRoads under the Madras Maintenance of Public Order Act, 1949, claiming the journal threatened public safety.

The Supreme Court affirmed that freedom of speech includes the freedom of propagation of ideas, which is ensured by the freedom of circulation.

It also stated that a law restricting speech must be strictly related to the "security of the State" or "overthrow of the State," not simply "public order" and declared Section 9(1-A) of the Madras Maintenance of Public Order Act unconstitutional because it was too broad and inconsistent with Fundamental Rights.

And then the 1951 happened........

suppressing liberties in the name of maintaining diversity can eventually weaken the very pluralism the state claims to protect.

Was thinking how many of you guys believe in different political ideologies other than socialism/communism or fascism and conservatism

So my whole point is right now the whole Indian politics seems to have divided into two factions

  1. The marxists i.e. commies and socialists

  2. The right wing conservatives and fascists

But this was not the case when india gained independence or even during the freedom struggle

There were different political ideologies all working together for an independent India

So my question right now is how many of you are believe in those different ideologies i.e. Anarchists, liberals, federalists, democrats, libertarians, minarchists, crypto anarchists, pacifists etc

I know you guys exist

Share your thoughts and perspectives, i would like to know more about you guys
