The sandwich is olive sourdough bread filled with the new M&S almond cream cheese and the new squeaky bean pepper slices 😍

Sorry some of the items are hidden,the cans are ginger beer ✨ Also bought litter but it’s not in the picture,this will last us a week ✌️

All you need is extra virgin olive oil(yes very important)basil,olives,smoked soft tofu and cherry tomatoes and there you have it mix it all together with a pinch of salt ☺️

Simply brown pasta,shop bought hummus,rocket and cherry tomatoes! So delicious and full of nutrients and a complete meal :)

I bought it today in a rush,read the ingredients and didn’t see anything suspicious…but I want to make sure! Thank you in advance

Thankfully she’s okay 😭 I was stressing so much, but she’s been totally fine. Honestly she must have nine extra lives at this point. Does anyone else have a cat that tries to eat EVERYTHING? I swear my house has never been cleaner,cause if I don’t clean it first she’ll get to it before me like a little hoover!!!!

Not the best looking pic but it literally took me 5 min to make this :) it’s just plain tofu,broccoli and white miso! I have been quite lazy in the last couple of months and I have been trying to lose some weight so this meal works out!

I haven’t tried their peppers one yet but I really enjoyed these slices,they reminded me of tofurky a little bit which I have been missing a lot!
