I think having the taxes and insurance drawn from my account automatically, may be a benefit if I get to the stage where my memory is not as well.
MIL (97 yo, non verbal Leweys body dementia) has Blue Cross Medicare Advantage and we received a questionnaire regarding a bill from last January. It's addressed to her and thankfully my wife has medical POA if we have to contact them. They want to find out if it was due to an accident or injury and I'll be going to her assisted living place to see if they have records but I'm sure if she had an injury we would have been notified.
I ask because our son was unaware this needed to be done occasionally and now I'm seeing commercials spouting that using certain soaps will prevent the filter from plugging.
And after that I'm going to unload my truck.
Mine was riding on top of a building crane to get to a steam valve and seeing the runway beams deflecting. Found that the sill plates were rotten but the crane operator was oblivious to it. Had it shut down immediately.
I'm curious if they have to push the full string or how it balances between the load with front engine to keep from decoupling the knuckles.

After 4 years I would have thought it would settle down but at night when everything is quiet it can get startling. 1800 sq. ft. single level ranch over a crawl space. All floors are level and no signs of uneven settling.
