Tornado/storm sheltering - No windowless or interior rooms in my apartment

All the rooms in my 2nd floor apartment (top level) have big windows. There is a stairwell though there is a door with a window on the lower level downstairs. The 2nd level doesn't have a window but there is no separation from the lower level with the small window. It's kind of hard to explain because it's an odd layout. What's my best option here?

Edit: tornado is not imminent I have time to prepare. I'm in the chicago area so not a terrible concern but I should be prepared obviously

UPDATE: found a basement area I can go to, though it does have small window.

Does anyone greatly prefer the Adachi and Shimamura manga over the LNs?

The 2019 manga is my favorite yuri of all time. I love Iruma's BIY Sayaka Saeki series but the Adashima LNs just don't do much for me personally despite giving a deeper look at the characters.

Point scholarship was accepted but no email was sent.

I logged into my point application portal to check if there was any update on my app and saw that I was accepted. I scoured my inbox and spam and didnt see anything so I'm worried it was somehow a mistake. When I go to the "Award Details" tab it's blank for some reason but it lets me fill out the acceptance forms. I will be contacting them tomorrow because it's after 5pm to confirm. Should I be worried?
