Trying not to be impatient….

My cards have been in assembly for almost two weeks now. They got to the assembly process on August 7th. I know they are super backed up, and a lot of people are waiting still to get their cards back. But when I pay express, I definitely feel like I should have my cards back by now. At the very least know what the grades are.

Do you think these two can 10?

I wish I would’ve taken better pictures before I sent them off. These are the Hi-Rez scans they do when the cards arrive. Please ignore the white specs on the back because of the penny sleeve.

What grade do you think these will get?

Just generally curious of what others will think these will get. Please ignore the penny sleeve on the back, lol. The white spec on the American card on the back isn’t really there.

How fair would these two get graded?

How would these two grade in your opinions? Or just pure raw value? Finding numbers all over the place

Two of my childhood favorites

Two out of my vintage collection. Have had these both now for 27 years. Just wanted thoughts and opinions on how these would value.

Thoughts on my Red Cheek Pikachu ?

Curious what others think this will grade at. Thank you for your thoughts

See you in 3 months, hopefully….

Sending in my southern island collection, i’m not patient enough for bulk value to come back. Going for the sequential set. Bless be the “Poke-Gods” of old and their prophet “Pikablue”.

Thinking of grading some of my vintage

Any insight what you think these cards could grade?

27 Years Later, still in love with these cards

I remember reading about these cards in second issue of Pojo’s Unofficial Pokemon Magazine I got for Christmas in 1999. I had to have these cards, and they are still some of my grails to this day.

Imagine Spending Thousands… Then Finding Out They’re All Fake

I await the poor soul is going to come on here asking for advice to find out they are all fake.

Disappointed

Was really hoping for a 7 or 8. Wishful thinking on my part I guess. “Moisture damage and light bending on back upper left. Chipping on back edges”. L

Thoughts on possible grade?

Currently waiting for the grading process to be over. This is the photo they took when they received it, with it still in the penny sleeve. There are scratches, fingerprint, and a possible hair on the penny sleeve….but at first glance, how do you feel about what this could come back graded.

Need a second opinion before buying a raw Crystal Lugia ($3,800) – What PSA grade do you honestly think this is?

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some experienced opinions before I make what would be my biggest Pokémon purchase to date.

A local seller is offering me this Aquapolis Crystal Lugia (149/147 Holo, English) for $3,800 cash. It originally sold on eBay for $4,700, but the seller is willing to cancel the transaction and sell locally to avoid fees.

I’ve looked over the card in photos pretty extensively.

Here’s what I’ve noticed:

Centering looks very good.
Corners and edges seem strong overall.
There is a small amount of whitening on one back corner.
The biggest concern is the surface. The holo appears to have a fair amount of light scratching, and the back also shows surface scratches in certain lighting.
I don’t see any obvious creases in the photos, but I obviously haven’t inspected it in person yet.

I’m planning to inspect it under a bright flashlight before buying to check for:

Dents
Indentations
Pressure marks
Hidden creases

My questions:

What PSA grade would you expect if there are no hidden dents or creases?
Would you buy this at $3,800?
Is there anything in these photos that immediately stands out as a grading killer that I may be overlooking?
If you had to assign odds, what percentage chance would you give it for PSA 6, 7, 8, or 9?

I’m looking for honest opinions—not confirmation bias. If you think this is a bad buy, I’d genuinely like to hear why.

Thanks!

World Championships 2014 Champions Festival

Recently acquired these a few weeks ago. Got the whole collection for $800. They all almost look like they were cut yesterday.
