Hey everyone,

I’m a 1st year business management student and was considering applying for an internship at Invest India, so I wanted to hear from people who’ve actually interned there.

How was the selection process like? (shortlisting, interviews, assignments?)

What kind of skills/profile do they usually prefer, especially for research or policy roles?

How is the work culture — is it structured and supportive or more hectic/unstructured?

What does the day-to-day work actually look like? (sector research, reports, presentations, etc.)

Did you get to work on real projects, or was it more basic support work?

Also, for those in research roles —

How did you choose your sector ?

Does your background (like BBA vs econ/policy) affect which sector you get?

Any honest experiences (good or bad) would really help me understand what to expect before applying.

Thanks a lot!

I don’t usually have anxiety. I can talk to new people, strangers, anyone outside my college without any issue. But when it comes to my college, I completely shut down😭😭

Simple things like asking classmates for notes or submitting assignments feel really overwhelming(talking to teachers as well)

I overthink how I’ll be judged, so I just avoid it. , my attendance is low (I’ve also been preparing for exams)

My mother asked teacher(as i really cant) they as such dont have any issues.

It’s like a loop—anxiety → avoidance → more anxiety. And the worst part is I know I’m not like this in general, which makes it more frustrating.

Has anyone experienced something like this? How do you deal with it?

Also i have seen some students building great connections with teachers where as I just cant!!😭😭

I’m trying to understand the realistic path to getting an internship at firms like PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG in smaller offices.

A few things I’m confused about:

Do these offices even hire interns regularly, or is it mostly through referrals?

What’s the best way to approach people on LinkedIn — who should I be reaching out to (analysts, managers, HR)?

How do referrals actually work in practice? Do they make a big difference at the intern level?

Is there anything specific I should focus on (skills, certifications, networking strategy) to improve my chances?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through this, especially in Tier 2 city offices.

Thanks in advance!

I’m curious about the work culture, teams, and type of projects handled at the Bhopal office. Would love to hear from someone working there or who has worked there before.

Thank you

In advance:)

I m 20 years old girl,

I have never really used sunscreen,

I m tottaly beginner for this,

I m searching for sunscreen but damn the market is so confusing there is lot of sunscreen out there ....

Diffrent brands,diffrent pf......

In context of my skin-I have a normal glowly skin I can say its combination type (sometime it shines also gets on dry side sometime)

I usually dont use any cream or anything on my skin as whatever i apply feels so so heavy on my skin, that i immediately wash my face... I feel so uncomfortable applying anything on my screen

I am preffering a sunscreen that suits my skin type,is light and dewy on my skin,

And safe for tottal beginner.(not harsh on skin)
