I have well-established passion fruit growing on over an arch trellis. This is the first year I've see it covered by gulf fritillary caterpillars. About a third to a half of the leaves have one chomping away on the undersides, but surprisingly there's not a lot of visible damage to the passion fruit. I've read that gulf fritillaries are good to have around. Correct me if I'm wrong (or mis-identified them).

I have a Jos A Bank suit that has a nice soft fabric that I like. I don't wear it often so it's stored in the closet most of the year. I took it out and something chewed holes in it 😞

Is this repairable or a lost cause?

Huge bed of cactus fruit at the edge of Pease Park. Most of the petals have fallen, leaving behind the developing fruit.

Applied the Memorial Days promo codes and charged at EvGo. All in it was 68.5 cents/kWh. The Supercharger down the street is 37.5 c/kWh. I don't see how EvGo stays in business and why people pay so much for it when there are much cheaper options. For reference, residential rates here average 15 c/kWh.

Grubs almost everywhere I dig in the garden and yard. Size varies, but lately they've been big honkers. This one is about 2" long stretched out. When curled up it's about the size of a quarter. I leave these on the sidewalk as a treat for the birds. but I read that there are some beneficial insects that start their lives as grubs. Should I eliminate these?
