So my boyfriend [21m] and I [19F] of almost 2 months of dating and 4 1/2 months of exclusive talking are currently in a long distance relationship because he went almost 6 hours away to college and I’m at home. I’m going to go see him in two days because we miss each other, and we’ve been trying to plan other days/times that he’ll be home. The two of us have really been looking forward to winter break because he’ll be able to come home and we’ll get to experience Christmas together and such. Additionally, he’ll have the whole summer off for us to do things.

However, last time we talked, he was like “I’m not sure if I’m going to spend Christmas here or in Portugal” (he is from another country. And I got a little upset because we were looking forward to spending Christmas together. Also, he’s looking to play with a semi-professional sports team 2.5 hours away from his home (in America) and drive up there 3 times a week during the summer. So it went from “we’ll make this work.” To “I now have other things that are going to keep me busy during winter and summer break.” We’re already working through long distance, and I feel like those two things are hindering our relationship even more.

TLDR My boyfriend [21M] and I [19F] of almost two months are currently long distance. In the breaks I thought we’d have to be able to see each other, he’s filling them with other plans.

I can’t tell if this is a glitch or not. Both children were fine, not hungry or lacking socialization, and the social worker went ahead and took both my child sims away. Is there any reason besides low hunger and social that a social worker would intervene and take both children?

So last week I began a 10 day supply of amoxicillin due to an infection from a piercing. It's been about 5 years since l've taken antibiotics. As a child, I used to struggle with my teeth being stained orangish even though I brushed them religiously.
About two years ago, we found that the culprit was my mouthwash. I stopped using it and the stain went away and my teeth were pearly white.
Present day, I finished my antibiotic two days ago.
After the last dosage I took, I noticed my teeth were starting to stain orange again. Today they're about half as dark as they were yesterday. Additionally, my skin started becoming itchy in all kinds of different places on my body but is gone the next day. When I itch it, welts/hives pop up. Is this related to the antibiotic? It's really confusing and upsetting given that it really crushed my confidence when I was younger.

Info: Info: 19 years old, 5'4 115lbs, female, Zoloft (25mg), non-smoker, diagnosed with MTHFR, antibiotic issue has lasted about 48 hours, hives started yesterday but are gone the next morning.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a month now (after talking consistently for 10 weeks prior), and is about to leave for college next week. This is also my first relationship, so I have never experienced this before.

A couple weeks ago, we were FaceTiming, and I was talking about how insecure I felt. He said something along the lines of “you don’t need to feel insecure,” and I asked why and he said “because I love you.” And I was like 😳 “huh?” And I think he acted pretty shocked he said it, too. After I asked him “what did you say?” He followed up with “I love the way you look.”

Fast forward to yesterday, I was with him at his house and we were cuddling and I was getting a little emotional about him leaving. He then said “you know I love you, okay?” And once again, I was shocked and asked “what?” And he repeated with “I love you, okay?” I just didn’t know what to say, so I nodded my head and said “mhm, okay.”

I do see a future with him, so I know it will happen eventually. I personally am just simply not ready to say it yet. The fact that he didn’t force me to say it back or anything was super kind, but I hope I didn’t hurt his feelings or anything. Is it okay?

TLDR

My boyfriend of one month told me he loved me yesterday, but I’m not ready to say it back just yet.

So I (19F) started my period last night and just woke up from a nap with bad abdominal pain (right in the center lower abdomen). I went to the bathroom and threw up twice. The abdomen pain is still lingering but about half as bad.

I haven’t worn a tampon in months, and I religiously use pads. Another thing to note is that I shaved my bikini line like 4 days ago (if that’s a possible wound that could cause it). Last night, I also developed a slight sore throat (I believe it is allergies as it was just my right tonsil affected). I have no fever, and the only TSS-related symptom would be the vomiting.

To add some more context, I got the stomach bug 2 months ago. If it were food poisoning, some of my family whom I ate with would’ve also gotten sick (they haven’t).

I’m scared to death, so any advice would be appreciated.

So this guy and I live about 90 minutes from each other and have been talking for 5 weeks now. We have a strong mutual attraction for each other, as well as share the same values. We’ve been wanting to meet each other lately, and we thought meeting mid-distance would be fair for the both of us.

Lately, I’ve felt a little off because he hasn’t really made much effort to plan a time to meet me. One of his friends already invited me as his plus one for their wedding in September. He said he was waiting until he could get a car, but then told me that he’s not getting one because he’s figuring out grad school and wants to make sure his finances look right.

So tonight, I asked him ‘since you’re not going to get a car anytime soon, when are we going to meet?’ He then sighed, scratched his head, and kept saying ‘um.’ And then said ‘I want to make sure I’m officially signed with my grad school first so then I can tell my mom about meeting you.’ (Context: his mom lives in a different country, and she keeps bothering him about making a decision for grad school). Then I ask ‘can someone not drive you there?’ And he said, ‘well, I’d have to ask my grandparents (adopted/host family) to drive me, and they would ask. And I’d like to do it myself.’

Does this sound like an excuse? He’s obviously not told his mom and grandparents about me. However, I’ve told my family about him.
