Does anyone recognize this gentleman?
A kind person saw him in the middle of the street near Marine view Drive and 106th St. She was not from the neighborhood so I offered to take him in until we find his people. Very friendly and I’m giving him shade and water. Assuming he’s from Arbor Heights.
But I’ve gotta sell my independent and underground comics. Starting with my Robert Crumb stuff, the most painful.
Going through my collection and noticed this on a backing board and I’m not sure who the artist is.
Can old eyeglasses frames that are showing a dull frosted area be cleaned or polished? Anyone have experience with these?

From my grandparents and my grandfather served in the Pacific in World War II, so family lore is that they are Japanese in origin, but I can’t find anything to back that up. Look like watercolor with no visible signature. Haven’t been able to find a match. Thanks!
