What is up with these zio patch ecg strips? Did I have a heart attack?

Edit- I went to the ER on May 4th due to radiating arm, neck, and back pain and a “feeling of doom” but they ran an ekg and said I was fine. No blood tests were done. For context, I was wearing the patch due to an unexplained episode of tachycardia (170 bpm for 15+ hours- diltiazem, multiple attempts at the valsalva maneuver, and both doses of adenosine were unable to break the tachy) that landed me in the hospital for days
