Hello everyone! I am trying to add whimsy to my house as someone who loves color and fun details. I have a maximalist living room that all of you helped me design, but I am now moving to the rest of the house.

I wanna paint my hallway, office, and bedroom. I know this post can get overwhelming, but I think that having all of them side by side on the same post will help make them more cohesive

This hallway is hella long and receives light from both sides, so I thought I'd put darker oranges on the brighter sides, making the middle lighter by comparison. It connects to the living room that has a green wall, so I thought I could put a greenish painted paper on that wall. That mural would be the first thing you see when you step into the house.

I also wanna paint my bedroom; I added different ideas I have! (PS: I'll make another post on the office soon!!)

I made a few mockups, but I'm open to new ideas! I bought the paint colors a year ago, so I can't change them that much, haha. Still, I can mix them (I have white paint too).

I wanted it all to look like Shrikesong (mentor) was pushing Littlebug (aprentice) to do stuff he didn't want to, putting her in a bad lighting to make it seem as if she were evil, just like her old clanmates used to view her. 

But really, she's just training Littlebug as she was asked to. Helping him grow into more than just a bully, I don't think she's evil, and I think Littlebug sure thinks she's cool!

Hello! This is my first time posting. We’ve had a walking pad for a few weeks and, although it’s a bit annoying to set up and store, my partner and I have been using it quite a lot (around 8 km per day in total). However, I’ve noticed it’s been getting noisier over time.

I suspect it might be due to our uneven floors (we have two standing desks, and each tile is at a slightly different height, so the pad is never in exactly the same position). Calibrating it every time is a hassle, and lately we haven’t been able to get it right. It keeps making noise depending on where and how you step, at an increasing frequency, I fear.

I’m not sure if there could be another issue that I’m overlooking, but I don’t want to risk damaging it. Should I contact the company? Would placing a yoga mat underneath help with the uneven floor and reduce vibrations?

I’d really appreciate any suggestions. I’m a bit stuck and haven’t used it for a few days to avoid causing damage. It was quite expensive! I greased the pad (following a video the company sent us when we emailed them), but it didn't really change anything.

For context, I'm 60kg, and my partner is 90kg; the pad should be able to handle up to 100kg. And we tend to use it in intervals of 1 hour at around 4-5 km/hour
