OWA Enabling Online/In-Place Archive

An employee's OWA email account is currently using about 93 GB of its original 100 GB of storage, so it is getting fairly close to being full. Fortunately, the upgraded Microsoft email license already assigned to his account provides additional storage. From what I understand, the additional storage is provided through a separate Online/In-Place Archive.

Please advise if the following statement provided from a ChatGPT query is true or if there are any other precautions I need to take in the process of enabling the Online Archive for this employee. I'm including a screenshot provided by ChatGPT that shows how the mailbox folder structure will look like once the Online/In-Place Archive is enabled.

The Online/In-Place Archive needs to be turned on. Once enabled, email that is more than two years old will automatically move from his regular mailbox into this archive, freeing up space for newer email. Nothing will be deleted, and he'll still be able to find, search, and open your older messages whenever he needs them. The new Online Archive will also be clearly visible in Outlook as a separate set of folders below his current mailbox folders, so he'll be able to easily tell which folders and messages are in his regular mailbox and which are in the archive. This will give his account considerably more room and should prevent your mailbox from filling up in the future.

Lighten up folks

A reminder to all my fellow American manual drivers not to take the “art” of driving a manual so seriously. 😂😂😂

Can you tell what the mod is?

Not the exhaust, tail tidy, levers, frame sliders, tank pads, or windscreen.
HINT: It helps alleviate neck and back pain.

Seat position for optimal shifting experience

I have found that having my seat closer to the steering wheel which increases the bend in my left leg improves my shifting technique. Curious to hear other driver’s thoughts.

Going to Wales next month

Going to Wales for the first time next month (I’m from NYC) to visit and see the place where my great grandmother is from. Any tips on learning some basic useful Welsh asap? I’m pretty good with languages if that makes a difference.

Sounds like train brakes

Car serviced at local Subaru dealer 2 days ago for 18k oil change etc. No mods and never abused. Today suddenly I’m getting the sound of train brakes when just cruising at about 20 mph. I’m including a sound recording if any of you have a clue of what is going on. Going to try to get it to Subaru by flatbed soon. BTW the sound also happens with no brakes applied and in neutral coasting.

UPDATE: At dealership now. They found a pebble in between the rotor and brake shield. Seems like that was the issue. Waiting on their final assessment. If that’s the case then I’m baffled. I’ve been driving for over 40 years and have had many cars and have never once experienced this issue.

Using Groups instead of individual users for access to shared drives

I manage a small nonprofit's Google Workspace. They have about 22 users. About 15 are board members.

Instead of the tedious process of adding each member to the shared drives the board members need access to, wouldn't it be better to create a Group called "Board" then add all the board member users to this group, and then finally add that "Board" Group to all the shared drives the board members need access to?

Is there any downside to this option? The only downside I can see is that this method would not let me individually modify permissions of access to the shared drives on a user-by-user basis.

Feedback and thoughts appreciated.

Turning off all the nanny functions on my 2024 VB has cluttered my dash with orange lights. 😂

So in 1st and 2nd gears if I’m just cruising nice and slow and let off the gas and then reapply gas the car is a bit jerky at times. To remedy this aside from driver skill, do I have to address it with tuning the throttle map and engine/transmission mount upgrades?
