Recently wanted to get off nights and ended up switching to OPD I've only done a couple walks and wanting to learn how to improve does it come with time? I'm just really worried I won't get the hang of it!
Recently had to get off of zyprexa to abilify since I just felt like I couldn't do anything on zyprexa I felt so low energy and just like a slug... But now coming off of zyprexa and onto abilify it's been hell. I don't have any energy I feel like a useless human being with no purpose whatsoever I want that drive I had the energy the passion! Please tell me it does get better I'm begging please I don't know how much longer I can live like this.. which one is it my zyprexa lithium or now my abilify which I don't think it's that I'm just lost want help EDIT: my psychiatrist has me coming off zyprexa now onto abilify
Recently been feeling not down but just worried about myself because I used to do my favorite hobbies and now I have no energy to do anything, so the person I am I researched and looked around and looks like lithium or zyprexa blocks the dopamine or just blunts it massively..
Do you notice ur energy is a lot better or just in-between? I'm currently feel really stabilized but for some reason just lack the drive to do things I take my ADHD meds etc I feel better mood wise with no mania or manic symptoms, definitely will bring this up to my psychiatrist.
I've recently thought about starting caffeine up again but part of me wants to not do it since to much stimulation can cause mania/manic symptoms..

Tried almost everything including switching GPUs to make sure it wasn't something with that but everytime it just opens and crashes immediately.
