I've been posting here for awhile now it's just been rough nothing is improving.. still coming home just laying here doing nothing even brushing my teeth feels so hard to do man I hate it.. maybe it's my unmanaged ADHD but now I'm stuck on this garbage medicine that's gonna be hard to get off of lovely.

Recent started starterra a couple weeks ago and haven't noticed really improvements still feel foggy haven't seen any improvement in focus should I wait it out or reach out to my doctor so they can raise it?

Just curious I've heard it gets better absorbed with food and then without ? I've been taking it on an empty in the morning since I have to take my Levothyroxine at the same time but in the evening with food. Should I switch it up now or leave it how it is? Also does the brain fog ever go away

So recently my psychiatrist put me on this drug to hopefully end up lifting my depression but recently I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety and it's been getting bad so I asked my psychiatrist she said just to come off or don't it was totally my choice. Should I stick on it and fight through it or just get off of it completely.

Just curious if I should as I've been dealing with akathisia for weeks on end with no sleep and it's driving me crazy I really want to end. I recently dismissed from my psychiatrist before she upped it but part of me wants go down to 5MGs.. and cut those in half. In the mean time is their anything I can do to get temporary relief ?

Recently got off of zyprexa and onto abilify, but now I've been noticing hard time focusing lack of motivation anxiety outta the wazzu. My psychiatrist recently recommended to up it and wait to see if my mood improves within a couple weeks I really just want this medication to work. Right now I feel almost crippled

Recently wanted to get off nights and ended up switching to OPD I've only done a couple walks and wanting to learn how to improve does it come with time? I'm just really worried I won't get the hang of it!

Recently had to get off of zyprexa to abilify since I just felt like I couldn't do anything on zyprexa I felt so low energy and just like a slug... But now coming off of zyprexa and onto abilify it's been hell. I don't have any energy I feel like a useless human being with no purpose whatsoever I want that drive I had the energy the passion! Please tell me it does get better I'm begging please I don't know how much longer I can live like this.. which one is it my zyprexa lithium or now my abilify which I don't think it's that I'm just lost want help EDIT: my psychiatrist has me coming off zyprexa now onto abilify

Recently been feeling not down but just worried about myself because I used to do my favorite hobbies and now I have no energy to do anything, so the person I am I researched and looked around and looks like lithium or zyprexa blocks the dopamine or just blunts it massively..

Do you notice ur energy is a lot better or just in-between? I'm currently feel really stabilized but for some reason just lack the drive to do things I take my ADHD meds etc I feel better mood wise with no mania or manic symptoms, definitely will bring this up to my psychiatrist.

I've recently thought about starting caffeine up again but part of me wants to not do it since to much stimulation can cause mania/manic symptoms..
