What cup would work best for me?

Hey guys! I am currently deciding on using a menstrual cup. I first got my period when I was about 12 or 13 and used pads for about 10 years. I was extremely hesitant to try tampons but started using them full time in May 2025 and they changed my life, honestly. I love that I can swim with them (I used to have to turn down going swimming on my period when I wore pads) but still get anxious about the possibility of leaks and TSS is always a concern (albeit rare nowadays). I do use period underwear sometimes as well, usually overnight.

Some information about me that I think might be helpful in figuring out the size/capacity:

25F

Would be a first time cup user

Never given birth or been pregnant

I think I have a heavy flow, at the beginning of my period I need to change ultra tampons every 4 hours or so

Edited to add: Please do not recommend discs, only cups. Still not comfortable with the idea of using a disc.

Will my dentist be notified that I switched?

I've been seeing my dentist and going to the same office for over 4 years now, but I had a bad experience and started to feel uncomfortable around him. Another dentist was hired at that office so I have decided to switch but stay there. Is the receptionist/someone going to tell my previous dentist that I no longer want to see him, or will he have to notice on his own that I'm gone?

Is it easy to return an online order in-store?

My swim suit arrived today and I realized it's too big. I have the original packing slip and the suit has the tags attached and hygiene pad in place. Will this be a simple return? I also got it during a recent swimwear sale so I don't know if that will change anything. I'm afraid I'll go in and I'll be told it can't be accepted.

Did my hygienist rush the cleaning?

I had a cleaning (prophy) this morning. My appointment was at 8am and when I was sat up and looked at the time, 8:18, the hygienist was already finished. Soft tissue measurements, scaling, ultrasonic, polish, and floss in less than 20 minutes. Didn't need xrays today because I got them last time, and no one asks for my medical history. I know I'm an "easy" patient because I brush, floss, do everything I need to do at home, but that still feels really fast.

Turning my keys in tonight

After almost a year and a half working at Dollar General, today is my last day. I have a new job that I will be starting in a couple weeks which will be a longer commute but pays more, has better benefits, and has a better schedule (weekends off, holidays off, every Friday is a half day).

I am so ready to be done with this company. Every interaction with a difficult customer makes me more excited that I won't have to deal with that and it won't be my problem anymore. I won't miss running around like a chicken with its head cut off while doing ad.

I'll still be active here to chat with fellow DG sufferers and survivors and hopefully see this company go under one day.

❤️

I wish there was no option for cash back

I had a lady the other day who asked for $70 in cash back between 2 transactions. We're not a fucking bank.
