My clients lashes dropped a few days after lifting, why?

My client just messaged me after 4 days of her appointment saying her lash lift has dropped (Korean lash lift) I left step one on for 9 mins and step 2 for 8 mins. Her natural lashes are thick but point in different directions.
I’ve never had this before, why could this have happened and any advice on what to suggest her or what to do next time?

My client is convinced I’ve ripped off her under eye skin with the micropore tape

Ive been a lash tech for 6 years and I’ve never heard this before. I just did a clients lashes, and whilst micropore tape can feel uncomfortable when removing on certain skin types, my client told me whilst I’m removing the tapes that she has had chunks from her under eye skin come off on the tape with previous techs. I used a good amount of micellar water to soak the tape before removing due to this, and there was no skin on the tape at all but she’s convinced I’ve done the same and chunks are missing. She’s also said she’s had scarring under her eyes due to this but I don’t see any scars? Bear in mind she’s also bought her own glue and lashes for me to use because she keeps having bad experiences with other lash tech products.
I took this photo immediately after so we can see if it looks better tomorrow. Other than dryness and slight irritation, I don’t think they look bad but she’s convinced I’ve damaged her skin. What do you guys think? I’m panicking

My 25F mom 49F is spiralling and i don’t know what to do

So my brother graduated from university last week and over the past week my mom decided to throw my brother a party on Saturday. We are meant to deep clean the house and decorate it and make the food which is probably a 2 day job. Her and my dad live together but do not get along, he will minimally help. Both my brother and I work full time, I’ve had to work extra this week (I’m working 8 days in a row) to make up for time off I have for a wedding the following weekend. I also have another job on the side which I do from home, which clients were booked in prior to the decision of the graduation party, which I had informed her about. My only day off from work is Thursday and I had booked a lash extensions appointment 2 months ago as I don’t have time to pamper myself closer to the wedding.

Since it’s a last minute party decision, I know we would all be pressured so I have been doing little cleaning jobs around the house around my work to make it easier however my mom wants me to cancel my clients - which she made me do last night 5 minutes before my clients appointment. We argued she kicked me out and I eventually came home and cleaned my room. I later found out my brother gave her a telling off and saying she’s unacceptable in the way she’s treating everyone in regards to this party.

I got ready for work this morning and my mom called me, telling me she’s falling into a deep depression (which a few years ago she did). She’s crying and saying things like “no one cares about her” and she wishes she was dead. My mom has always been a paranoid person, she thinks I am jealous of her and everyone is competing against her. She has been saying that my dad and I plot against her and he tries to steal us from her. Respectfully all her children are adults and we sometimes see through her bullshit. If anything she tries to pit us against our dad - he is a dick but she can be too. I have had to call into work and say I have a family emergency (I don’t get paid for days off) because she is not well this morning. I don’t care about the money but I said I would stay and do the work she needs. She then follows up by saying I don’t trust you to do things properly and that she has already arranged to pay someone to do the food? I already have a whole day on Thursday to clean and cleaning now will just become a mess by Saturday so I don’t understand what she’s been expecting me to do.

Another thing to add, last night someone bought something from Vinted and returned it. She crashed out on me because it’s my fault (I managed this Vinted post) but I did mention the damages in the Vinted post, which the seller obviously did not read.

Tl;dr my mum is spiralling mentally because all her children are busy working and we can’t help with party preparation until a couple days before the party.
