• A content engine that turns deep technical topics into things people actually read.
• The SEO surface: articles that rank and bring the right people in.

Who you are
• A compulsion to understand things all the way down. You refuse to write a sentence you haven't actually grasped.
• You follow the AI / agents space obsessively and have opinions sharp enough to annoy people.
• You run agents to research and draft, but you have the taste to catch the model when it's confidently wrong.
• Published work that proves it.

Drive motion-heavy launch and brand pieces from concept to delivery, independently, and set the visual identity for the whole company. Build the machine behind it: a repeatable playbook that ships high-volume content without quality ever slipping. The job is taste at volume.

What you'll own

• Ren's visual identity in motion: launches, brand films, hero pieces.

• Video output end to end, independently, concept to final delivery.

• A repeatable playbook for producing high-volume content without dropping quality.

What you'll need

• Solid command of professional editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent).

• Real motion-graphics experience, good taste, and shipped work to prove it.

• A demonstrated way to produce high volume repeatably: a playbook, a system, a body of work.

• Fluency with AI video tools (HeyGen, Kling, etc.) and the judgment to use them well rather than churn out slop.

• Nice to have: Remotion / Hyperframes (programmatic video is where we're headed)

I really like Claude's product launch videos and their character animations. Is it possible to be done on remotion? Anybody here has experienced building such videos and can help me build this in house? We are 2 founders and were hoping we could get creative with remotion instead of spending money on agencies.
