Good thing nabasa ko 'yung post about this seller before purchasing an item sa kanya.

Redflags:

1. Ayaw ng meet up, tho sinabi ko na malapit lang ako sa binangonan now
2. I'm gonna send the payment directly sa hospital (daw??)

Gusto ko s'ya i-scam bait para sa justice sa mga nabiktima n'ya

This scammer can't even tell the difference between a 13 and a 15 inch mac air 😭 (ang daming likes nung item n'ya and sana walang nabiktima huhu)

Reported and suspended na'yung account

Nilaban n'ya talaga na 15 inch 'yung macb, I cannot 😭✋

Buyer demanded me to send ss of my ewallet balance, idk if this is a major redflag.

After almost whole day and pabalik-balik sa ilang barangay we are able to retrieve the money (+ damages)

It's seems to be there is a bigger fish envolved

After so many hours of investigating and reviewing, contacting countless of people FINALLY may lead na'ko sa identity nung scammer.

One of the turning point is nung nag-reached out sa mga nag-purchase review sa kanya and 'yung mga hindi ko na ma-dm is nag reached out naman ako dun sa nag-rewiew don sa kanila (I'm hoping you got my point)

And I was able to reached out to 3 people to are able to interact with him and all are pointing out to that same person.

I also was able to get help dun sa last na naka-interact n'ya (4 weeks ago) and she was able to help me to locate him ('yung booking address, name and contact details). Bumili kasi 'yung scammer ng bag (big mistake sankanya tbh)

And yes, totally diff name talaga ginagamit n'ya sa pang-sscam

also aside from this, parang kasama n'ya sa pang-sscam 'yung jowa n'ya or 'partner'.

The scammer is from Makati.

Nasave ko na lahat ng details n'ya and socials (tho naka lock lahat)

I also tried calling him pero hindi sumagagot.

I'm really thankful din sa carousell community na napaka-supportive kahit 2-3 years ago interaction nag-effort parin sila hanapin 'yung details.

Should I confront muna personally by puntahan him sa bahay or should I go straight sa barangay hall nila?

I need help po, I think this seller from carousell scammed me for 44k. Non existence 'din po 'yung tracking number na binigay n'ya sa'kin and 'yun din sabi ng LBC 😭

Hindi n'ya rin minamarked as sold 'yung item sa app and hindi n'ya rin inaaccept review ko.

I'm not confronting him pa po about don kasi baka bigla ako iblock, I'm kinda have him relaxed muna sa convo namin and sabi ko mag-pupurchase ako ng isa pa (just for the way na marelax s'ya and hindi ako iblock)

I hate to say this hah, pero ang lakas maka-squammy behaviour 'yung mga ganito fr. Hindi ko alam gusto patunayan ng mga tao na'yan and tbh you can see naman the dissapointment and shock nung tao sa ginagawa nila.
