Don't Wait Until You Believe In Yourself

Don't Wait Until You Believe In Yourself

I don't agree with this one I think that you have to do what you are good enough to do and then your ability and belief grow based on you seeing yourself take continuous action and improving. I don't think you can wait until you fully believe to start things at least that's how it is for me. What has your experience with belief been?

Fear Is the Beginning Of Strength

I would add braver and wiser, as the saying goes doubt is where wisdom begins.

Mikey vs Mike Tyson's Trainer

I only watched a few episode of Tokyo revengers so I stumbled across this quote from Mikey. Is it worth the watch? It reminds me of a quote from Mike Tyson's boxing trainer the legendary Cus D'Amato "To see a man beaten not by a better opponent but by himself is a tragedy." Cus or Mikey Who Said it better?

Is It Lack Or Perception That Holds You Back?

One of the biggest obstacles to getting stuff done is the perception of lack. I find myself saying I don't have enough time a lot. I am working on it. People often think they don't have  the money to eat healthy or time to exercise and learn skills they need. Usually the problem is perception, not lack. Is the glass half full or half empty? Your answer reveals nothing about the numerical measurement of the glass's content; it reveals something about the mind state by which you filter your perception of the world. Those are my thoughts. What do you think?

How To Have The Right Attitude Towards Winning And Losing

I used to play a lot of sports and one of the things that helped me get better was a perfectionistic attitude that wasn't based on winning or losing. I never lost a game of badminton because of this mindset. I would go a few points of my opponent and then every time someone would score a point I set them up to land the same shot and figure out how to counter it and prevent it from happening in the first place. You play a like that and in any competition and after a while it is very hard for anyone to beat you.

When Was The Last Time You Surpassed Your Limits?

I read a book on self development years ago and one thing it said is that a positive mind can see opportunity and negative mind cannot. When was the last time you persisted with something and it paid off?

Gojo

Original Source: ANIME_LOVER988 Pinterest

The Original quote is."Dying to win and risking death to win are completely different, Megumi. Give it your best. Be greedier."

I interpret this an all or nothing approach is good once where as consistency wins in the long run. You can have more and do more if you are consistent rather than killing yourself for something by doing things in an unsustainable way. Generally you can only die once for your goals. How do you interpret this quote from Gojo?

Which Alternative Investments Would You Start With On Limited Budget?

One of the biggest obstacles to investing in things like a health and finance is the perception of price. Wealth is generally seen as something only those who are already rich can afford. Which alternative Investments Would You Invest In If You Had $400 a month or less over a decade? The more you can do with less is the better

Which Alternative Investments Would You Trust For 30 Years?

Recently I was having a discussion with my friend about retirement. In the UK the news always describes a pension pot but the fact is retired people paid for their forefathers and we are paying for them right now. A major problem is that with declining birth rates in pretty much all first world countries there are nowhere near enough people to pay for us. England, USA, Korea, Japan and even one child per person rule China all facing this problem. So if you had 30 years to go about alternative investment in a way that would replace and even supersede your pension and work earning how would you proceed. Taking into account new technologies that could change dynamics and yes I know no one knows the future. What alternative investments would you invest in given that time frame?

Name Alternative Investments You Have Never Or Rarely Heard Mentioned

There's a line that has always stuck with me from the movie the Hitman's body guard and the line is ''Boring is best''. Whenever anything is made to seem like the place to invest its usually just been discovered by the hype train and propped up by the perception that the asset will increase rather than foundations of value. So id like to hear about something I wouldn't think to look into that may not seem glamourous at all. What boring unheard of maybe even embarrassing alternative investments that will probably never reach my ears can you point me in the general direction of?
