We asked the water purifier technician to set the ppm of water at 80-100. He did it and it was 91 ppm, but after 4 weeks the Tds came down to 22 ppm and the water is tasting acidic. What to do? Does the tds become low again if the tds controller is set again at 80-100 ppm?

I recently bought a smartwatch and I was seeing drastic increase in HR while l was standing.
So I recorded the values while on bed and while standing and asked gemini and it said this could be POTS.
So I did a test today, after I woke up and brushed, I took a liter of water with 1 teaspoon of salt, then laid back on bed.
After an hour I checked my HR and it was 82, then I slowly sat up and then stood. It reached 120 bpm. I was standing continuously for 5 mins and it was hovering around 120 bpm, then when I went back to bed the HR came down to 75 BPM.
This is shocking to me, I'm still processing this.
Why don't a developer from this sub develop an app that shows on demand HRV?
If I want to know how my day today is going to be then what should I see?
