I asked that guy to stop behaving like an idiot and he said he wants to go and talk to that girl. he would've done so if it weren't for her uncle and my girlfriend stopping him.

that girl was wearing black and blue checkered shirt and baggy jeans.. she looked scared and tried to look back if this guy was still staring.

Anyway we convinced that cousin to stop this nonsense and drop a post in reddit as that is the best strategy to find if that girl is impressed by his creepy looks.
