Switched Timing belt

Is it normal that the car is at 35 rpm and already on 3rd gear? My timing belt blew last week and they changed it couple of days ago but now I feel the car timing feels wrong how can I fix this myself? My car is a integra 2001 LS B18b1

Clutch pedal

clutch pedal feels loose after changing clutch fluid on my Acura integra 2001… I took out all the air and it was fine but after 1 week of doing so the clutch pedal feels loose, the engagement point is al the bottom & there’s like an inch of play.
