Im not a biologist, but I watch a lot of archeology/anthropology on youtube.

To me it seems that both insular dwarfism and insular gigantism are opposites sides of the same coin. I call it insular pig-ification. It seems to me that during evolution in a resource sparse environments all body plans tend to converge towards an optimum pig-like size.

While yes, the specific pressures are different, I think putting them under the same umbrella term it would be clearer that the lack of exploitable niches for different body sizes forces the animals to converge towards a similar body size all around.

Pandemijos pradžioje dėl daugybės dalykų išsivysčiau depresiją ir nerimo sutrikimus. Kasdienės mintys apie savižudybę, jaučiausi visiškai bejėgis dėl visko, išsivysčiau priklausomybę žolei.

Per tuos metus išbandžiau daug psichologų, terapijos grupių ir vaistų. Viskas kažkiek padėjo, bet gilios problemos išliko. Žmona padėjo kiek galėjo, bet mačiau kaip mano depresija ją žaloja ir nuo to savigrauža dar didėjo.

Prieš metus užtaikiau psichologę, kuri žiauriai padėjo. Su jos pagalba sugebėjau nustot žolę rūkyt. Taip pat su jos pagalba sugebėjau pasiprašyt naujų vaistų pas psichiatrę. Man buvo gėda, kad jokie vaistai nepadeda.

Tačiau man pasisekė ir nauji vaistai iš tikrųjų padėjo. Jau virš mėnesio jokių savižudiškų minčių. Dingo potraukis alkoholiui, kuris visada pasirodydavo kai būdavo xujova. Žolę dalinai pradėjau rūkyt, kad negert. Atsiranda jėgų.

Dar pilnai neišlipau, bet iš tikrųjų jaučiau kažkokį vaistų poveikį. Jei jums irgi yra blogai, nesustokit bandyt surast kas padės. Tai yra labai sunku, nes liga nenori, jog ją gydytum. Tačiau nesustokit ir žinokit yra kas gali padėt.

Essentially once the month runs out, I wanna buy the year pass. Once the moth runs out will auto renew and take payment? Or can I safely just play out the month and then just buy the year sub after without having to double pay?
