Who Won The Biggest Tournament in 11th Edition So Far?
Well, this sucks. I just got in to my local league haven't finished the last bit of my robots yet. SC has been winning a lot of tourneys recently, so I expect them to be nerfed into oblivion pretty soon.

Starting Black Templars
I'm thinking about starting BT as my 3rd marine army (after DA and SW). My LGS has the combat patrol and the Sons of Dorn box. I'm not wanting to go too heavy, as I have enough backlog as is, but this seems like a decent start, yeah?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Wonderful model. First time doing a model so detailed or large. If I did it again, there would be a few things I'd change, but I'm happy with how he turned out.

Seriously, screw the new Siege Mode
We got struck by lightning twice on the elevator to the second section (no way to roll away from that one). Followed up with BOTH the Split Up AND Shadow of the Warp de-buff.
When a runner or a climber wants to challenge themselves, they find a new hill or mountain to scale. They don't break their legs......
This is not fun or challenging, it's punishing.

Second Battalion?
Is it worth it to get a second battalion box? I got one of the battalion boxes last week and I have a chance to get another one from my LGS. I haven't gotten too far into my IG journey, but I did preemptively buy 3 Rogal Dorns. I plan on playing with a heavy emphasis with vehicles. Steel Hammer, Armored Infantry, HoE.
Would it be worth it to get a second battalion? I feel like 5 Dorns may be too much, but the new Hippogriffs and Centaurs look like fun.
Any advice would be great, thanks!
