Loro Piana turtleneck at an estate sale for $10!
Fits like a glove!

Fits like a glove!
Signature says J. Pierce ‘35. Found the frame in my attic. It’s a perfect fit.
First two pics are then finished. Last pic was where we started in the thrift. They were $10.97 for the pair. Sanded them down and oiled them up with danish oil. The bottom shelves seem to be either two different woods or maybe heartwood on one. Sisters not twins 🤷♀️
Any information anyone can share? I’m thinking Baughman style. Also suggestions on fabric to reupholster with or reccs of websites to find similarly awesome fabrics? Probably one of my coolest trash finds ever.
EDIT: guys I found the fabric! https://www.etsy.com/listing/1042726380/superb-1950s-60s-chintz-by-everfast
Around this time last year I was going for an early flight and the lines were insane. Waited for over an hour. Leaving at 7am on Tuesday and wondering what time to arrive.
Listed for $1800. Runs and drives. Will most likely need a whole new brake system. 191k on it. Guy sent me videos of it running and driving. I’m not too mechanically inclined but super interested in getting an XJ. Worth it?
Angel on my forearm had 5 sessions of laser before covering with the dragon head. No laser on the wrist. Dragon head by Christine Erickson at Savior Tattoo (Roc, NY) and spiderweb by Jon Butcher at Modern Love Tattoo (Buffalo, NY). Super happy with both.
