Hair type 2B Frizzy Wavy - Which Leave-In / Curl Cream is good?

I have Low porosity 2B Frizzy Wavy Hair. Which of these products would work well for me? On a side note, which is better - curl creams or leave in conditioners? I don’t understand the difference tbh😭 please suggest!

Anyone noticed any changes while using Bontress Pro?

hi, I am 27F and I noticed thinning in my crown area, the scalp is now visible 😭.. my iron and d3 are less while b12 is fine. i am thinking of using this. has anyone noticed any changes after consistently using this serum?
