Abiotic factor is a psyop
To get you to drink more water.
Anyone else? Every hit from the in game water bottle sends me irl running to the tap to slam 2 cups of ice cold water.
When the body dysmorphia kicks in, look back to where you started.
First pic was one month into lifting, 5 years ago. Vegan for 14 years.

Am I doing this right?
Tineline:
13 months ago: food poisoning out of the country.
8 months ago: symptoms started
Symptoms are gas, bloating, intestinal mucus. Some diarrhea. Never constipation.
Got a sibo test a month ago and it came back with normal hydrogen but 10 ppm methane for all tests. Reading doctor said it was negative but from my reading, a 10 at any point is considered an automatic positive for imo.
My gi doctor was no help and basically said if you want rifaximin we can do that. Also ordered an endoscopy for some reason. Also at one point had me taking 4+ prilosec per day.
I decided to try the herbal route on my own.
So for two weeks I took 3 allimax pro, 3 berberine, 3 neem oil per day. But at about the 17 day mark, I hit a wall. The pills suddenly started making me intensely sick. Body aches, chills, intense nausea and even violent vomiting. Stopped taking them and all of those symptoms went away but normal gas bloating symptoms returned.
Tried taking a smaller dose after a 2 day break but still intense nausea.
So today I ordered the food marble and am going to try to fix it with prokinetics and meal spacing (which I have had decent luck with in the past) and food elimination using eh foodmarble.
Thoughts? Is 10 methane a positive for imo or is my doctor right that it's not imo because I don't have classic imo symptoms (constipation)?
DNA Test came back! Pyr/Shepard?
Surprised for sure! Was expecting it to be about 50 percent considering her physical traits but she's only 31.4 lbs at 22 weeks so she's on track for the 50-70 lb range.
Anyone else with a similar mix?
Is this IMO/methane sibo?
Time given: 0740 Test Type: Glucose Amount: 50 Baseline Follow-up 1 Follow-up 2 Time 0730 0814 0844 Hydrogen ppm (<10) 9 6 11 Methane ppm (<9) 10 8 8 Patient symptoms none none none Follow-up 3 Follow-up 4 Follow-up 5 Time 0914 0944 Hydrogen ppm (<10) 12 16 Methane ppm (<9) 10 10 Patient symptoms none Stomach ache
Dr notes: "Fasting hydrogen concentrations were 9 ppm (normal less than 10 ppm). Fasting methane concentrations were 10 ppm (normal less than 9 ppm). Following glucose administration, there was no significant increase in either hydrogen or methane concentrations."
So he says 10 and up is abnormal for methane yet they said my sibo test was negative.
Symptoms are gas and bloating late in the day/evening and diarrhea.
I was just about to buy an x4 when I checked the subreddit. Pass on the locked down garbage os.
Any other mini E readers with good reviews?

So less the loss itself, yes, I'm extremely sad over that. She was my shadow and I feel her lack of presence every day.
What I mean is her actual death event that routinely pops into my mind and causes the most sadness.
She got sick and declined very quickly over the span of three weeks of palliative care. We did an at home euthanasia and it was the hardest thing I've ever experienced in my life. My son holding her sobbing saying "I love you" over and over. And the the worst part was this heartbreaking wail she let out as the first injection occurred.
I cannot for the life of me get that sound out of my head and it sends me into hysterics every time it pops into my head.
This was over four months ago and things are certainly getting better and the random bouts of grief are spaced apart more but yeah, just looking for shared experiences.
This was at least therapeutic to type out if nothing else.
