Your insights on MSP partnerships? (I will not promote)

We’ve launched our IAM product for employees, but initial distribution is proving to be challenging. I’m trying to understand how the MSP (Managed Service Provider / IT consultant) model works.

Is it worth connecting with MSPs for distribution? What kind of partnership/revenue model do they generally work on? How do they typically evaluate and onboard products like ours?

Our product is priced at ₹125/user/month and covers:

* User provisioning & deprovisioning

* SSO/MFA

* Audit logs

* A unified app for accessing all company tools

I Would love to hear from founders or people who have worked with MSPs, especially around how to approach them, what they expect, and whether this could be a viable distribution channel for an IAM product at this price point.

Pulled the handbrake at 100 km/h, why did the car become uncontrollable in the first place?

Today I got a call that my sister in law met an accident while driving on a highway.

She was driving at around 100 km/h when the car suddenly started swerving and became difficult to control. At the same time, she was unable to use the normal brakes/brake pedal to slow the car down. She panicked and pulled the handbrake, after which the car drifted twice and hit the divider. Thankfully, both the sisters escaped with only minor injuries, although the car was damaged.

I have a couple of questions:

- What could have caused the car to suddenly become uncontrollable at 100 km/h, while she was also unable to brake normally? Could it have been a brake failure, tyre issue, steering problem, loss of traction, road conditions, or something else?

- One of the sisters has a burn-like scar on her right hand. Could this have been caused by the airbag deploying, or are there other common causes of this type of injury during a crash?

I'd really appreciate any insight into what might have happened and, more importantly, what should a driver do if the normal brakes suddenly stop working while travelling at highway speed?
