Hi everyone,
I need some advice regarding traveling from Pakistan to another country on a visit visa.

My sister got khula from her ex-husband about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, her ex-husband has since passed away. She has a 4-year-old daughter, and we are planning to travel together.

Currently, we have:
-My sister’s valid passport
-My niece’s valid passport
-The guardianship certificate
-Attested copies of permission for the child to travel abroad (made before he passed away)

I’m wondering if we’re missing any important documents. Also, since the travel permission copies were attested about a year ago, do we need updated attested copies now?

Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Salamalaikum everyone, I have a quick question.
If I come to Kuwait on a 3 month family visit visa would I be able to apply for a work visa (visa 18) while being on visit visa or would I have to wait for the visit visa to expire before applying for a work visa.
