I wouldn't mind a random comment like this but the downvoted on my price comment and people seemingly agreeing with this person is doing it for me

A few weeks ago I did a clearance sale for my crochet items, selling them at half or even less than half the prices cause I needed money and I wasn't getting any orders. I really don't like selling my stuff at low prices but the desperation made me go as low as I could to the point where I would barely even be making the cost of material and packaging back and still taking less delivery charges than I required. Funny enough people still ended up haggling. I've seen a lot of people on that sub say that crochet items are "overpriced" or that we should price them less, this was an instance when I realised HOW low you need to go to make decent sales and for some even that's not enough.

Hi guys, so I started my crochet account almost an year ago, and have been posting often there. When I started my account I thought I will make great things and people will follow it if they like, I put a lot of effort into perfecting my works, I have created a lot of original patterns, and still the truth is that I have not gained a single A SINGLE follower from insta, most are from either reddit or from that one time I boosted a post. It hurts more when I see other accounts, even beginners have more than 10k followers, people who have just started posting go viral and end up with 100k views. I have even tried posting every alt day, did trial reels, everything but still nothing. It's starting to not feel worth it anymore.

When I started my small business I wasn't very smart and did not use to advance from people, and sometimes people would say they would buy them after some time and I used to make them without confirmation, and ended up accumulating these. I used to think these will sell eventually but it's been a very long time and I just want to get rid of these now. The prices will be around 200-300 or even less if you buy multiple plus delivery. Hi guys, I usually order hooks from Threadshop but recently the ones I use have been breaking a lot so I decided to try some from magicneedles. These both are 2.25 mm acc to their label but the magicneedles one is a bit thicker than the one I usually use😭 and what's more crazy is that I ordered hooks worth 300 and now I can't even return them😭😭

Be careful when ordering different brand hooks online I wish I could buy these things offline, sometimes they end really doing a number on my wallet and I can't even return them😭
