Has anyone had success fixing a light like this? It just stopped working after only having it for a few months. It looks sealed everywhere so wondering if I it was worth trying to replace the bulb by breaking in through the bottom.

Just happen to be looking at France on Google Maps and see these little squiggly green lines throughout. When you zoom in, they seem to be the last mile of roads.
