Posted this one as comment on another post, but thought putting this out here as a post would be better to get your guys’s advice. Pano nga ba i-deal yung parang kahit anong sipag mo may napupuna pa rin at the same time dagdag sila nang dagdag ng pinapagawa sayo. Pano ka naman gagaling kung di mo pa nama-master yung work na meron ka na tapos may dagdag na naman? Parang at the mercy ka lagi nila, parang any time pwede ka ligwakin at the same time feel mo kulang na yung binabayad sayo pero at the same time sino ka ba naman to ask for a raise kung di mo naman masatisfy yung gusto nila.

Been trying to set aside time to work on my portfolio nang makalipat or at least client hunting na pero ubos lagi energy at time ko dito pa lang sa trabahong ito. Feeling kinda stuck. Alam ko namang I have what it takes pero nakaka-down minsan yung hnd mo maimpress yung current bosses mo.

Specifically not my monthly bare bones budget, so yung masasabi kong not immediately needed so I just set them aside in case the need arises in the future? What do you really consider as savings?

Right now, here’s how I categorize my assets/savings:

Emergency fund - in a perfect world where there’s no risk of job loss, economic, and health crises hindi to magagalaw

Investments - potentially will be my retirement fund

Life plan current value, not the coverage (Philam)

Annual contributions (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig) - I keep track of how much I’ve contributed since becoming employed and count this ‘hoping’ I get to avail of these someday but what are your thoughts?

Wants - don’t really consider this as savings though but I am setting them aside the amount I’ve saved aside to delay gratification and to allow the money to grow

Been having these questions in my mind lately, parang signs of midlife crisis na. Yung parang kahit anong pagtitipid and ipon mo di mo nakikita kasi pamahal na nang pamahal lahat and all these personal finance content creators setting these standards of investments and savings per age bracket, which kahit anong compute ko obvious naman na I’m falling behind. Haaaay.

Kang kinsa pwd magsumbong kung naay neighbor nagdala og mga outsider dire sa among subdivision para madisperse? Barangay ba or what? Bastusan ra ko kay naay mga sakit mga tao dire sa balay trying to rest. Nakamata ko past 1AM kay need na nako muinom og tambal para makabalik tulog. 3AM lng wala gihapon nanguli mga nuisance. Not the first time they did this, too. Ambot wala ba ni sila mga trabaho o skwela na they can afford staying out this late. Makaasta murag sila tagiya sa lugar. Maski graveyard shift dile man ani kabulakbol.

Yung sfold po w/ button sa likod na hnd per panel tulad ng binebenta sa shopee? Sa mga natanungan ko kasi per panel. Yung gusto kong takpan na bintana palapad so nirerecommend nila bumili ng multiple of the same panel pero ampangit naman kung putol2x

Can anyone recommend a good one? Kanang somehow kaya ra na dile pa kaayo lanay upon delivery and of course lami, daghan, and variety ang sahog.
