I've recently started playing padel and I dont want to spend too much on this hobby. I just wanted advice from the regular folks if Puma Leader VT Bold are okay for padel since these are the best running shoes i have.

I have to get the following things from Pindi/Islamabad. Kaam main high quality aur value for money krana chahta hun (by value for money i dont mean cheap, i mean best work at the best price in the market):

- There's surface rust on some places like the trunk and under the hood, i want that to be scraped off.

- The whole paint has faded since it's an auction car, i want the whole the whole car to be painted from scratch in pearl white.

- New Rubbers throughout. (Including the one around the windshield)

- Seats to be opened, fully checked for rust, cleaned and fitted well as they make sounds right now.

- Back bumper

- Engine Shields and Mudguards

- New Headlights

The estimate i have been given for all of that (with HQ Paint) is 120k and with normal quality paint its 95k.

Is that rate fair? Or should I check somewhere else?

yesterday i posted my skechers slip-ons for sale on this sub and somebody approached. since they were in a different city, we made a deal and we agreed on a mechanism to keep both parties on the safe side.

we decided that i will inform them before i enter tcs office so we both are online. then i'll put the shoes in tcs' box/flyer and write the details and send proof that it's ready. then i'll get the receipt and they will pay me for it as soon as i share the receipt.

i did my part exactly as agreed. but they asked for my jazzcash number and i shared it and they said there's a limit problem (for a 10k transaction. lol.) so i shared my bank acc.

then they said it's their bank's problem and that "ye kal se hai abhi shaam tk theek hojayega". the tcs guy was in a hurry so he dispatched the parcel (i had paid for the delivery already). then the buyer says they will send asap.

i said the parcel is now sent and now it was up to their morality to send the payment somehow. which, surprise, they did not. and now in the night they text me and say meri payment late hai so i dont want it anymore. 😐😐😐

now i am just annoyed of 2 things, agar 10k jitni transaction pr bhi limit ka issue kal se tha, tou you should've waited for it to resolve and then asked for the parcel. secondly, you just decide to say that you don't want the parcel after i have sent it and paid for the delivery (which is ofcourse non refundable).

on my part i did call tcs and cancelled the shipment however i have to bear a 1k loss just because you are a non-considerate and disorganized person.

i will not name and shame but just want all the buyers and sellers to make sure of one thing: ALWAYS FULFILL YOUR SIDE OF THE DEAL LIKE AN HONEST HUMAN BEING.

We bought a passo 2005 recently. It was an auction car parked in custom office since 2007 or 8 and somebody bought it from auction in 2025 and we bought it from them last month.

The condition of the car is not great.

I have decided to restore it fully and make it the perfect daily driver for my dad.

After getting the basic mechanical work done, i have noticed one annoying issue in the car; the car vibrates to a noticeable amount when braked in D. My mechanic said this vibration is normal but i feel like it is not because we have an automatic cuore aswell from 2005 which vibrates less than this.

Can other passo owners help me understand if this is normal or not and how to make it unnoticeable without harming anything in the car.

Also, Inshallah i'll be posting the full journey until it gets fully restored. So keep following.
